Orders and Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Free ground shipping on orders over $75 to the lower forty-eight states. You can pay for expedited shipping.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you should receive an order confirmation. When your order is fulfilled at our Noblesville, Indiana warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number.
Account Set Up
Why would I want to set up an account?
Periodically, you will receive special customer only offers & our organization tip newsletters.
I am tax exempt, what do I do?
Set up an account then send us a message on our contact us page so we can reach out and get your tax-exempt certificate.
Placing An Order
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Affirm. Sadly, we do not take Visa or Mastercard prepaid gift cards.
How do I redeem a promotion code or store credit or special offer?
At checkout, you will see a place for the promotion code. Store credits and Rewards automatically apply at checkout.
Can I add to an existing order?
Unfortunately, you cannot add to an existing order. However, if you contact us within 4 hours Monday – Friday or anytime on the weekend, we will send you a coupon code for free shipping so that you can add to the order.
How do I purchase a gift card?
Click the gift card icon and follow the directions. You will receive the gift card via email.
Can I use a promotional code and a gift card on the same order?

Can I mount OmniWall panels to a concrete wall?
Yes. Our panels mount to a cleat system...
Does the OmniWall panel accept regular peg hooks?
Yes, our panels have ¼” holes on 1” centers.
Do your accessories work on other company panels?
No, currently, our accessories only work with OmniWall panels.
What is the weight capacity of a panel?
The drywall anchors are rated at 25 pounds each so we would rate the panel at 50 pounds weight capacity...
What is the weight limit for a shelf?

Refunds and Exchanges
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your return.
How do I return an order?
You can return your unwanted items, for free, within 30 days if items are unused and in their original condition.
